Industry Leaders Discuss Future of Customer Communications and Attendees Gain Insight on Optimizing Customer Engagement at Thunderhead Innovate 2010 User Conference

The event featured keynotes, customer testimonials and product overviews for users looking to develop effective customer communications strategies. Attendees learned best practices on how to utilize the Thunderhead NOW platform to improve operational performance and enhance the customer experience, while increasing profitability, managing cost and driving growth.

Keynote speakers -- including Peter Brown, client communications and training manager, AXA Australia -- tackled different aspects of managing successful customer communications.
