Industry Leaders Unite To Steer Descartes Forward

Descartes Announces 2005 Steering Committee for Global User Group

The Descartes Systems Group Inc., (Nasdaq:DSGX)(TSX:DSG), a leading
provider of on-demand technology and services that help distribution and
logistics sensitive organizations deliver, today announced the 2005
Steering Committee for its Global User Group.

The Steering Committee is a communications liaison between Descartes and
the general membership of the Global User Group. Composed of
representatives of Descartes' more than 2,500 customers, the Global User
Group is a forum to enable productive education and communication about
the use, implementation and development of Descartes' products and
services. The Steering Committee members for 2005 are:
