Industry Veteran Joins Grey Horse Subsidiary Equity Transfer Services as V.P. Business Development

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 18, 2005) - Grey Horse Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GHC) ("Grey Horse Capital") is pleased to announce that Mr. Stephen Headford has joined Equity Transfer Services Inc. (ETS) as Vice President, Business Development.

Mr. Headford is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School and has extensive experience with Canadian public companies and financings.

"With his twenty-five years on Bay Street, Stephen brings solid financial service industry experience to ETS and to its management team," stated Kevin Reed, President & CEO of Grey Horse Capital. "One of our goals is to scale ETS through organic growth. We will look to Stephen for the introduction of value-enhanced products and services, and for accelerating new customer additions."
