Banner Year Driven by Industry Unique Products and Services, Numerous Awards and Significant Customer Growth

MANSFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - February 25, 2008) - IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., the leading global supplier of end-to-end quality, service and revenue assurance solutions for video providers of all types and sizes, today announced that its 2007 year-over-year revenue growth exceeded 220% and is positioned for strong and consistent growth in 2008. Additionally, as a result of increased demand for its industry proven solutions, IneoQuest was named to several "Fastest Growing Companies" lists, while its products won multiple "Product of the Year" accolades from global industry awards organizations. To increase support of its end-to-end solutions portfolio, the company significantly increased its sales, service and support staff, while expanding its Professional Services Group. IneoQuest's Pro Services Group helps video providers to gain the technical and execution know-how to build, deploy and manage their cable or IP Video networks.

Product Innovation: A Key Differentiator in 2007

As the video market became increasingly competitive in 2007, the demand for seamless quality, service and revenue assurance solutions designed to help providers control operational expenses (OPEX) exploded, resulting in record growth -- both in revenue and new customer acquisition for the privately held company. IneoQuest responded to this demand with the launch of four (4) groundbreaking products, the expansion of its Professional Services Group and the addition of more than 50 new employees worldwide throughout its engineering, sales, marketing, business development and service groups.

IneoQuest launched IQPinPoint, the industry's only Multi-Dimensional Video Quality Assurance™ system, in April 2007. IQPinPoint integrates the company's IP Video Management System (iVMS) with associated probes across all network sub-systems into a unified, real-time view of video network performance from head-end to core and throughout the last mile. In May came the debut of iVMS Desktop, a cost-effective desktop version of its award-winning iVMS (released in 2006), which supports 10/100 Mb, 1 GigE and 10 GigE probes, including the company's family of Cricket™ probes with QAM, ASI, Ethernet, 8-VSB, as well as other interfaces. IneoQuest then announced an enhanced version of IQPinPoint in June, making it the first video quality solutions company to support Switched Digital Video (SDV), a technology that allows cable providers to reclaim network bandwidth. And finally, in October, IneoQuest kept the innovation streak rolling with the release of IneoQuest Digital Video Explorer (IQDVx), a PC-based software application that enables unprecedented visibility into the structure of IP Video by bridging the analysis requirements for both MPEG and IP. IQDVx won INTERNET TELEPHONY's 2007 Product of the Year.

Enhanced Services, More Staff: 2007 Roundup

In addition to its record growth, IneoQuest reported a significant increase in staffing over the last 12 months. The company solidified its European presence by establishing its Oxford, U.K. business office early in 2007. The U.K. location serves as the headquarters for European sales, marketing and support, overseeing activity in other regions including France and Germany. The company also doubled in overall size, adding more than 50 new employees globally. Key additions to the IneoQuest team in 2007 were Calvin Harrison, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, Gino Dion, Vice President of Strategic Solutions, David Baranski, VP of American Sales and Gordana Coops, VP of Professional Services. IneoQuest also recruited new hires for operations support in Latin America.

IneoQuest's Professional Services Group also saw a record increase in demand last year. The consulting, training and maintenance services segment of the company was created to assist providers through all phases of network deployment; from network design and initial implementation phases, to full deployment and steady state monitoring. These services have been very popular with providers, and the group will continue to expand with additional training and support offerings.
