INETCO Unveils Real-Time Transaction Performance Management Software Solution for the Financial Industry

TRAP provides real-time, actionable transaction information for ATM, business and security managers

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 14, 2006) - At the BAI Retail Delivery Conference in Las Vegas, INETCO Systems Limited announced the launch of TRAP, a real-time transaction performance management software solution designed to help financial institutions and ATM processors make proactive network decisions to guarantee maximum ATM uptime. INETCO is first to offer members of the financial industry a customized software solution built specifically to address their lack of real-time monitoring and management tools for Internet Protocol (IP) transaction networks.

TRAP taps into IP transaction streams, analyzes the messages, and provides critical information in a meaningful, actionable way. TRAP's unique web-based dashboard interface displays up-to-the-second transaction information that allows ATM Managers to know at a glance how their ATMs are performing. Problems are identified before hard failures occur, reducing ATM downtime and improving the company's quality of service. Using TRAP, hardware and network issues are quickly isolated and troubleshooting processes become more streamlined. Independent transaction logs are also kept to allow organizations to easily generate billing and performance reports as well as verify outsourced transaction charges and service levels.
