InfiniCall Changes Certified Accountants

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 18, 2005 -- InfiniCall Corporation (OTC BB: INFL) filed a Form 8-K today pursuant to Section 13 or 15(D) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in which the Company announced a Change of Accountants. The accounting firm of Jaspers & Hall, P.C. has replaced the firm of Kabani & Company. There were no disagreements with Kabani & Company within the meaning of item 304 of regulation S-B or any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements if not resolved to Kabani & Company's satisfaction, would have caused Kabani & Company to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreements in connection with its reports which we modified as to uncertainty regarding ongoing concerns.

The Company is anticipating having an "E" placed after its symbol by the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") but is very confident that its annual report to the Securites and Exchange Commission (Form 10-KSB) will be filed before the expiration of 30 days after placement of the "E."
