Information Architects Signs LOI and Agreement With Airborne Platforms International Corp.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 18, 2006 -- Information Architects (IA) (OTCBB: IACH), a leader in online information solutions, has signed a LOI and Agreement of Intent to acquire Airborne Platforms International Corp., a privately held California corporation, through a stock exchange.

The alliance of the two companies will take advantage of global opportunities in the emerging technologies related to Low Altitude Airborne Communication platforms and Climate and Air Pollution Management. Their good strategic and marketing fit will create unprecedented revenue synergies.

About Airborne Platforms International Corporation

The company has pioneered the development, manufacturing, deployment and servicing of Multipurpose Airborne Anchored Communication (MAAC) platforms aimed to revolutionize the wireless communications broadcasting industries.

Unlike any Geo-Synchronized satellite, MAAC platforms offer extremely low deployment costs, much faster "Design to Market" cycle and are 100% maintainable. An MAAC Platform, operating almost in perpetuity, is capable of carrying a significant payload in a stationary position over the Earth, anchored well below the commercial aviation ceiling (35,000 ft) and outside of any established "Commercial Airline Corridor."

An Airborne Module configured as a Wireless Communication platform can host a multitude of interchangeable telecommunications and digital payloads (Cellular Communications, Wireless Internet, Broadcast, HDTV, Digital Radio, etc.). These advantages offer cost-effective means to bring wireless communication services to the consumer at the most competitive prices available on the market today.

In addition to MAAC platforms, API is building, deploying and servicing under license, the Airborne Heat Pumps technology known as Prometheus II.

This environmentally friendly technology opens unprecedented avenues in the climate management industry by economically addressing options for Urban Air Pollution management (including particulate), Global Climate Changes, Precipitations, Humidity and Temperature Control over a geographical basin. In this context, API has developed an integrated approach to examining the environmental converging markets, accurately assessed the cause-effect relationship between atmospheric water vapor and global climate change as well as proposing comprehensive innovative mitigating solutions.

"We've been diligently working for months to bring forward a slate of new, high tech, business relationships that will transform Information Architects into a company that better reflects the needs of the real world now. This exciting new relationship with API, a true scientific innovator, will help position IA to play a significant role as a business force that can do much more than just pretend to make the World a better place," stated Randy Grinter, President of Information Architects.

"The focus of Information Architects, to become platform independent, is greatly enhanced by API. This partnership will allow IA to continue the development path in our communications business vertical and position IA to become a significant leader in connecting the World," added Todd Morgan, CEO of Information Architects.
