Information Builders Announces City of Richmond Police Department Named Winner of TDWI Best Practices Award

This insight enabled the city to knowledgeably deploy police resources to deter crime -- and as a result, crime was decreased by 49 percent, and the citizen reacted with fewer 911 calls that had to be serviced.
