Information Builders Wins Customer Service Team of the Year Award in the 2011 American Business Awards

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jun 23, 2011) - Information Builders, an independent leader in business intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced that its Premium Support team received the "Customer Service Team of the Year" Stevie Award in the 2011 American Business Awards (ABA). Information Builders was also named a finalist in two additional categories, "Customer Service Executive of the Year" and "Customer Service Department of the Year." This is the fourth consecutive year that the company's customer service has been recognized by ABA.

More than 2,800 entries from companies of all sizes in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in 40 categories for this year's awards. Information Builders' Premium Support team is made up of 15 individuals who support nearly 60 Fortune 500 premium customers. The team, under the direction of Senior Manager Keyla Serrano was recognized for providing its best level of support to date by implementing a variety of initiatives. These include expanded customer service to proactively address premium customer issues, enhanced premium support features, and increased customer advocacy.
