Mr. Kuper, a partner at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm that delivers technology solutions to the United States intelligence communities, will speak about Security and the Economy. He will address how the combination of security industry consolidation and a decline in venture capital investment for information security startups may be creating an innovation void. Mr. Kuper will demonstrate why this lack of development may result in future information security crises.

The New England Information Security Forum will take place on Tuesday, September 20 and Wednesday, September 21 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. A limited number of seats are still available.
