Prior to founding E.J. Sarraille and Company, Sarraille worked for Hyatt Hotels in San Francisco as head of marketing.

Sarraille holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco and a B.S. in Commerce from University of Santa Clara.
