Informative Graphics Corporation Previews Brava! 7 for Open Text ECM Suite 2010

New Release Offers Modern Task-Based Interface and Support for Latest Open Text Content Server

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - November 9, 2010) -  Open Text Content World -- Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction technology and an Open Text Select Partner, today announced that it will be previewing the newest version of its Brava!® web-based viewing and collaboration tool for Open Text ECM Suite 2010 this week at Content World (Booth #11), which runs through November 11 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Brava 7 for Open Text ECM Suite 2010 includes an updated, entirely customizable interface that organizes features by user tasks, like "Redact" and "Publish," enhances collaboration features with discussion threads, accelerates document review with text compare and provides several redaction capability improvements. Ideal for any content viewing and collaboration business process, Brava 7 makes it simple to view, collaborate and redact virtually any file, including office and PDF documents, CAD drawings and image files such as TIFF and JPG, streamlining workflows and boosting team productivity.

  • New User Interface -- Makes accessing needed tools easier and more intuitive
  • Threaded Discussions -- Allows users to discuss an issue and to add status to each discussion thread, such as Approved, Rejected or Completed
  • Text Compare -- In addition to Brava's industry-first drawing comparison tool with overlay, Brava 7 now offers text compare for documents
  • Flash Viewer -- Flash viewer client now includes the ability to create markups
  • Takeoff Counts and Measurements -- Makes it easy to tally items and perform aggregate area measurements (for example, measuring areas for flooring)
