Informiam Expands Leadership Team

Company Names Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Consulting Services

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - Informiam, the leader in Customer Experience Optimization, today announced the addition of new personnel to its senior management team. Sam Taha has been appointed Vice President of Engineering, and Marsha Calfee is the company's Vice President of Consulting Services.

Taha will oversee technology development for Informiam's proactive contact center management products, while Calfee will provide guidance on client implementations and customer relationship management (CRM) activities.

Informiam is known for its real-time performance management solutions that deliver meaningful analytics to customer-facing operations. Comparatively, other products take a "rear-view mirror" management approach that relies on historical, disparate data.

Prior to Informiam, Taha was Senior Director of Product Engineering for Air2web, where he led product development. He also served as Director of Systems Technology for Employease, where he helped pioneer one of the Internet's earliest SaaS-based ERP platforms (HR/Benefits/Payroll). Employease was later acquired by ADP. Taha has also worked in senior and R&D engineering positions at GE Medical Systems and IBM. He holds a M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Calfee has held senior management positions with a variety of CRM software companies. These include Vice President of Product Management and Development at Firstwave Technologies, Director of CRM Delivery at NetBank, and Solutions Architect and Product Manager at Infor Global Solutions. In addition, Calfee was the founder and president of her own CRM consulting practice that provided services to a wide range of businesses for 10 years. Calfee is active in the Atlanta technology community, including serving as the 2006 President of Women in Technology (WIT). She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and Education from Brigham Young University.
