New Office Will Support Growth in New England and Northeastern United States

ATLANTA, GA and BOSTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 13, 2006 --Informiam, the leading provider of real-time performance optimization software for contact center operations, announced today the opening of its New England office, located at 28 State Street in downtown Boston. Additionally, Informiam has corporate headquarters in Atlanta and a regional sales office in Toronto, Canada.

Daniel Goodwin, recently named Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Informiam, will also work out of the New England office. Goodwin was formerly with Cisco Systems.
