INFORUM Hosts James Franco at The Castro Theatre

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 21, 2013) - INFORUM at the Commonwealth Club today announced that it will host actor James Franco on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at The Castro Theatre. The conversation entitled, "James of All Trades: An Evening with James Franco" will highlight James's acting career, his independent artistic endeavors, Actors Anonymous and more. In addition to the one-on-one session, INFORUM will host a premium reception giving attendees a chance to get up close and personal with the man himself.

James Franco, best known for his critically acclaimed roles in Milk and 127 Hours, has captivated audiences and transformed himself into a modern-day Renaissance Man. Recognized for his charm and rugged good looks, this Bay area native keeps himself busy teaching university classes, directing films and studying for his Ph.D. Now, he adds one more exploit to the list -- authoring the new book, "Actors Anonymous," a tell-all about the dark heart of celebrity and the wild ride to the exclusive establishment known as Hollywood.

"INFORUM is all about bringing the most out-of-the-box thinkers to the Bay area and building a unique experience around them," said Caroline Moriarity Sacks, director at INFORUM. "Having dipped into almost every creative field -- from directing music videos to writing short stories -- James Franco is a perfect fit for our culture-hungry audience and we can't wait to put our INFORUM twist on this interview."

The program will take place at The Castro Theatre on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 6:30 p.m. PT. For more information and to register for tickets, call (415) 597-6705 or register online at http://bit.ly/jamesfranco-EB.
