InfoSearch Media Announces Entry Into Search-Targeted Online Video Market

Scalable, Proprietary Video Production Process to Provide Online Text-to-Video Content at Affordable Price

MARINA DEL REY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- InfoSearch Media, Inc. (OTCBB: ISHM), leading provider of search-targeted text content and content-based solutions, today announced it has expanded its core product line to include searchable online video content production services. InfoSearch:Video, the Company's new search-targeted online video product provides the same customer benefits as the Company's written, text-based product line, including improved organic search engine rankings, increased, quality site traffic and brand recognition.

"We see strong customer demand for searchable video content and believe there is a very significant, unaddressed market for video content in between expensive high-end video production and user-generated content," said George Lichter, president and CEO, InfoSearch Media, "By leveraging our existing proprietary technology, systems and processes, we will offer an efficient, comprehensive end-to-end, search-targeted text-to-video solution to clients at an affordable price point. InfoSearch's mission is to develop the information people search for in any media. It's a logical extension of that mission to address high-growth markets like video and rich media, and to target significant opportunities in categories including magazine and newspaper and online publishers, healthcare, home improvement and employment."

InfoSearch:Video, the search-targeted online video product, is currently only being offered to a select number of major partners. InfoSearch:Video will be made widely available to online publishers and businesses through the InfoSearch Media sales force by the end of Q2 this year. Companies interested in learning more or applying to the Company's select customer program for InfoSearch:Video can visit for further details.

According to a November 2006 eMarketer report, U.S. people viewing online videos will grow to more than 157 million in 2010. More than seven billion video streams were initiated in the U.S. during July 2006 alone, with an average of 67.4 streams per person, per ComScore Video Metrix.

The InfoSearch:Video product is being designed to serve the needs of publishers and larger businesses, enabling them to develop video content as a viable accompaniment to text-based online content. The InfoSearch:Video product initially will be informational videos from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length and tagged with search-optimized metadata.

According to a Borrell Associates report, "The New Frontier: Local Online Video Advertising," the local video ad market is predicted to more than double this year to $371 million. The report also states that infomercial-style videos are popular with legal, health and home improvement advertisers, as well as auto and real estate marketers. Typically, video production costs are prohibitive and advertising on television reaches too broad an audience. With InfoSearch:Video the production costs are surprisingly low and on the Web, local online advertising is more targeted and therefore reasonably priced.
