Infosmart Group Announces 10-Year Exclusive Strategic Partnership With AboMem

Proprietary Portable Memory Products Further Diversify Infosmart's Product Portfolio

HONG KONG--(Marketwire - January 28, 2008) - Infosmart Group, Inc. ("Infosmart" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IFSG), a leading recordable digital versatile disc ("DVDR") manufacturer in Hong Kong and Brazil, today announced a 10-year exclusive Strategic Partnership with AboMem Technology Corporation ("AboMem"), a leading provider of portable memory products in Taiwan. This partnership will allow Infosmart to utilize its distribution channel throughout Brazil and Hong Kong to sell AboMem's various memory products. This will further enhance Infosmart's strategy of having a diverse product pipeline to help mitigate margin risk associated with technological obsolescence or competition associated with any one product. The company expects to begin recording revenues from this agreement by March 2008.

AboMem Technology Corporation specializes in designing, manufacturing and marketing portable memory products. AboMem manufactures several products including Linear Flash Cards, SRAM Cards, IDE Cards, Multi-Media Cards, SD and MoBe USB Drives. Due to AboMem's strong capabilities in portable memory devices, they provide OEM and ODM support for customers such as Sumsung and Hynix. AboMem's patented "chip on board" product testing equipment significantly reduces defective finished products compared to the local competition, providing a strong value add to all customers due to reduced product returns.
