HONG KONG -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 --Infosmart Group, Inc. ("Infosmart" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IFSG), Hong Kong's leading recordable digital versatile disk ("DVDR") manufacturer, issued today a complete recap of major events that made 2006 Infosmart's most successful year yet.

January - Established São Paulo sales office to effectively and efficiently monitor order levels, reduce order cycle time and build strong relationships with individual, retail and chain store customers.

February - Sold 3 million discs in one month for the first time in Brazil and made strategic decision to establish Company as a local Brazilian producer.

March - Created subsidiary Infosmart (Discobrás) as the local Brazilian producer with new factory to be located in Salvador by January 2007.

April - Attended HK Electronic Show 2006 and developed first long-term relationship with an American DVD distributor to supply approximately 8 million discs annually.

May - Obtained Optical Media Production Incentive Program from Bahia State Government. The Incentive Program was granted for 12 years, contains various tax incentives and exemptions and was issued exclusively to Infosmart. The Program will not be offered to any current or future Brazilian DVD manufacturers.


- Completed reverse merger with, Inc. contemporaneous with a $7.65 million Private Placement.

- Changed name to Infosmart Group, Inc.

- Successfully listed on the OTC Bulletin Board.

September - Attended Hi-Fi 2006 in São Paulo, Brazil as part of Company's strategic plan to establish long-term relationships with local Brazilian customers.

- Acquired 4 pre-owned CD-R production lines (with total 8 injection molding machines) for total increased capacity of 3.2 million discs per year.
