InfoSpi, Inc. Begins Filing of Restated Financial Statements

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - February 1, 2011) - InfoSpi, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ISPI), (the "Company"), announced today that it has filed an amended Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with restated financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, and plans to file an amended Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 with restated financial statements within the next week.
