InfoSpi, Inc. Subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc., Receives $17.2 Million Valuation on "Patent Pending" Filing

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - February 22, 2011) - InfoSpi, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ISPI) (the "Company"), today released preliminary information on an independent appraisal report that it commissioned prior to its acquisition of NexPhase Lighting, Inc., on the value of the new, patent pending NexPhase intellectual property. NexPhase Lighting, Inc. is a designer, developer and manufacturer of high efficiency, high quality LED intelligent lighting fixtures. The appraisal report was developed by "intellectual property valuation firm," Pellegrino and Associates (www.pellegrinoandassociates.com).

"Pellegrino and Associates is a world-class, highly respected firm that specializes in early stage, intellectual property, as well as software valuations for clients large and small around the world," said InfoSpi President and CEO, Dror Svorai. "Its clients are a Who's Who of cutting-edge, major technology companies serving diverse companies, and its appraisals of IP are highly respected and relied upon by third parties.

"Since this patent in particular will springboard NexPhase's growth, we decided to start releasing summary information on the report's findings and projections about this patent to our shareholders, along with our perceptions on what this report's interpretation will mean to our planning process and revenue generation potential. Over the coming weeks we will be releasing summary details from the report so our investors can fully understand the value and importance of the NexPhase patent and its implications.

"In total, the report estimates that the value of the initial patent filed by NexPhase at $17.2 million. Important, this value applies to only a few key market applications of the NexPhase patent, leaving aside a breath of other market applications that we can also pursue. In other words, by this limitation, we believe that the report has significantly understated the overall revenue potential of NexPhase's patent. We will elaborate on this viewpoint more in the weeks ahead."
