InfoSpi, Inc. Subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc., Releases Additional Information Concerning Its Agreement With Cree, Inc.

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 3, 2011) - NexPhase Lighting, Inc., ("NexPhase"), a designer, developer and manufacturer of high efficiency, high quality LED intelligent lighting fixtures and a wholly-owned subsidiary of InfoSpi, Inc. (OTCQB: ISPI) (PINKSHEETS: ISPI) (the "Company"), today released additional background information about Cree, Inc., with which it has signed an Ingredient Branding and Trademark License Agreement.

Jon Cooper, President of NexPhase, stated, "Cree is a publicly traded company, currently trading on the NASDAQ exchange. Cree is currently trading above $51 per share with a current market cap of $5.61B. Cree is leading the LED lighting revolution and making energy-wasting traditional lighting technologies obsolete through the use of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly LEDs.

"Cree worked closely with NexPhase in the development of our intelligent 2'X2' Troffer with NexSense technology. Cree has been intrigued with the progress NexPhase has made in such a short period of time. Scott White from Cree recently stated that, 'NexPhase has tremendous potential in the commercial LED lighting space.' From a philosophical standpoint, if NexPhase wins, Cree wins."

"NexPhase chose Cree as our primary LED provider over several other competing LED companies," said Ty Ramsey, NexPhase's COO. "Cree made it easy for us. They're leading the world with innovative, world-class LEDs, combined with extremely attractive pricing. What really set them apart from the competition was the professionalism of their engineering and sales support teams." NexPhase placed their first order for Cree product in early February, with the anticipation of ramping up to full production volumes in Q3.
