InfoSpi, Inc. Subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc., Selected to Conduct Energy and Cost Savings Study for Major Metropolitan Public Transit System

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - February 23, 2011) - InfoSpi, Inc. (OTCQB: ISPI) (PINKSHEETS: ISPI) (the "Company") today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc., a designer, developer and manufacturer of high efficiency, high quality LED intelligent lighting fixtures, has been selected by a large south Florida metropolitan public transit system ("PTS") for the purposes of completing an economic study on the energy and cost savings to be achieved by NexPhase's proprietary lighting fixtures in some of their most highly trafficked facilities.

"We are extremely excited to have our 50 Watt LED down lighting retrofit fixture selected for this study," said NexPhase President and CEO, Jon Cooper. "We believe this selection and the already achieved preliminary installation serves to validate our reputation among large commercial and municipal customers, our prime market, and speaks well to their expectations of our products. The implication for us of having been selected for the study is the awarding to us of a contract for the installation of over 10,000 lighting fixtures over time, on which we have put a value of approximately $3.75 Million. He added, "Important, the changeover from conventional lighting to our LED NexPhase fixtures will save PTS over $90,000 per month in electricity and maintenance costs. We anticipate the first stage of this large scale multi-year implementation to be issued later this year."
