Infrared Systems International's Subsidiary, Infrared Applications, Inc., to Introduce HarmAlarm at the ISC-West 2011 Security Show

SILVERDALE, WA--(Marketwire - March 31, 2011) -  Infrared Systems International (OTCQB: IFRS) is pleased to announce that our subsidiary, Infrared Applications, Inc., will be announcing licensing opportunities for the HarmAlarm security system at the ISC-West 2011 show in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 5th through 7th.

ISC-West is a leading international event for the security industry. The conference focuses on security solutions and the latest product advancements. It will assemble major exhibitors from first-class companies and countries to display advance products and services in the security industry. The industry, according to a Memoori's study, "Survey of the Security Business 2010," estimates that the world market for electronic based physical security equipment at factory gate prices in 2010 was USD $18.67 billion. Of this, Video Surveillance took the largest share at 47.5%.

Mr. Gary Ball, Infrared Applications Inc.'s President, will be showcasing HarmAlarm -- the next generation in physical security surveillance systems -- based upon the company's recent patent issued June 2010. HarmAlarm is a family of applications all based upon this next generation technology.

The company's business model for HarmAlarm consists of an introductory phase that will concentrate on an immediate retrofit market for existing Security Systems. This phase is ideally suited for branding HarmAlarm, a perquisite for future phases. We anticipate a favorable acceptance by our peer community. It is expected that these initial contacts will lead to HarmAlarm licensing in the future. Licensing has been used successfully by the company in the past in the commercial aviation market.

"It will be exciting to meet with the many Security Integrators to discuss with them how they can better serve their end-user customers by utilizing HarmAlarm as part of their offerings," stated Gary Ball, CEO of Infrared Applications, Inc. "This forum will be our first exposure to the international community with a public disclosure of HarmAlarm as a patent protected revolutionary approach to physical surveillance security."

The HarmAlarm hand out material used at the ISC-West Security show will be made available at our web site in the near future:
