Infrastructure Developments Ready to Provide Humanitarian Construction Support in Indonesia

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - September 7, 2010) -  Infrastructure Developments Corp. (OTCBB: IDVC) announced today that its subsidiary, Intelspec International, has submitted bid proposals to construct US Navy funded community support facilities in the Klaten District of the Republic of Indonesia. These facilities are being constructed through a program of humanitarian assistance run by the United States Navy (NAVFAC) and the Department of Defense Pacific Command (PACOM).

The largest of the facilities is a complete medical and dental complex, including emergency rooms, laboratories, and physiotherapy areas. The original clinic was destroyed in the 2009 earthquake. The second facility is a new community and disaster relief coordination center. This facility will be used for disaster preparedness and to stockpile emergency supplies in the event of another humanitarian crisis. The Klaten District was extremely hard hit in the 2009 earthquake and the US Department of Defense is committed to improving the ability of the Indonesian population to cope with such natural disasters.

"Infrastructure Developments is proud to have been asked to bid on the construction of the two facilities to be built in Indonesia. US government assistance programs are targeting the disaster-prone Indonesian areas in hopes of alleviating human suffering through the generosity of the American people," stated Infrastructure Developments Corp. CEO Thomas R. Morgan. "IDVC's prior performance on US military projects in the Asia-Pacific region has proven our capabilities of working in remote and difficult areas that include disaster-prone regions."

Infrastructure is also pursuing a growing number of project management opportunities in Indonesia. Intelspec has been in recent talks with branches of the US military and several private enterprises intent on expanding business development in Indonesia and East Timor.
