Infrastructure Developments to Target Domestic US Military Construction Projects

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - May 3, 2011) - Infrastructure Developments Corp. (OTCBB: IDVC) announced today that its domestic subsidiary, Intelspec International, Inc., will expand its US military construction projects focus to the United States. To date Intelspec has limited its US military project management to Southeast Asia.

Intelspec's domestic operations will primarily be centered on Department of Defense approved advanced military training facilities. With the increased focus on urban warfare as well as counter-terrorism training, the US military requires highly specialized facilities for situation-specific training exercises. Intelspec has years of expert experience in designing and building these types of facilities. It has been in contact with major US construction firms to establish strategic partnerships for these projects domestically. In addition, along with Intelspec's current partner, the American Security and Operations Group, it is able to bid and work on facilities of a classified nature in the United States, a separate and highly specialized market.

"Specialized training facilities which replicate the changing landscape of military operations are keystone to a proper military training environment," said Thomas R. Morgan, CEO of Infrastructure. "Intelspec has a proven track record in designing and building training facilities for the Department of Defense, as demonstrated by the successful completion of projects like the Combat Training Center in Thailand and the Global Peace Operations Initiative training facility in Cambodia. We will be able to provide the same experience and expertise to the design-build arena in the United States as we do overseas."

Intelspec is currently managing the construction of a US military training facility in Indonesia and has project management prospects in Southern Africa, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere.
