Infusion's Experience Showcase is a Big Hit during NRF's The BIG Show

Infusion unveils technology innovations at their global headquarters in New York that are revolutionizing the retail industry

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwired - Jan. 21, 2014) - Infusion, a global creative and technology solutions leader, unveiled a new Experience Showcase at their global headquarters in New York last week to coincide with NRF's The BIG Show.

Infusion delivered over 30 one-on-one guided tours and hosted three cocktail parties, exposing hundreds of visitors to the innovative technology solutions Infusion has implemented for clients including RadioShack, L'Oreal, Richtree Natural Market Restaurants, Royal Bank of Canada, and Build-A-Bear Workshop (15 deployed case studies in total). The Infusion Experience Showcase will remain open for tours for the next few months for those who missed it during NRF.

There are a host of technological innovations to explore in the showcase, all designed to enhance the brand experience in brick and mortar environments. One highlight is a preview of RadioShack's upcoming robot mascot for their interactive storefronts. Visitors can get the robot to perform routines by tweeting him messages on the fly. Another area of the Experience Showcase features dynamic Virtual Assistants that can interactively guide shoppers through features and benefits of displayed products. Also featured is the standout mall dining experience Infusion designed, built, and deployed in Toronto, Canada for Richtree Natural Market Restaurants. On display is a self-serve ordering kiosk, interactive children's wall, and animated digital signage seen by 50,000 commuters daily.
