(NASDAQ: CHRD) announced that one of Canada's leading direct providers of home and car insurance, BELAIRdirect, a subsidiary of ING Canada, has selected Chordiant's Enterprise Platform and Servicing solutions designed to drive sales and servicing interactions with policyholders across multiple channels. The Chordiant solution is designed to provide BELAIRdirect with a seamless, consistent experience to its customers from the initial quotation through to collaborative completion.
