Ingram Micro Buffalo Honored as a Top Corporate Philanthropist by Buffalo Business First

BUFFALO, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2013) - Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world's largest technology distributor and a global leader in IT supply-chain management and logistics solutions, today announced its Buffalo, N.Y. campus was named a "Top Corporate Philanthropist" by Buffalo Business First, a leading business newspaper serving the region.

The 2013 winners were selected using results from a survey, which tabulated data such as total cash and in-kind contributions to Western New York-based nonprofit organizations throughout 2012. The Ingram Micro Buffalo campus donated more than $400,000, making it the fourth most charitable company in the region. The contributions went to support local programs that provided services such as scholarships, food, clothing, hygiene products, and office and school supplies.
