Innosuisse Corp. Receives $15M Contract for SwissCopter

Hi-Tech in the Air

MURTEN, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - December 22, 2008) - SwissCopter receives its first large order for 20 manned and unmanned helicopters for safety and security applications for a Homeland Security Project in the Middle East. All LDV 100 and LDV 200 drones are equipped with multiple cameras, digital and analogue data links and the mapping software i3D from Innosuisse (PINKSHEETS: INSE) which does allow the combination of the real and the virtual world in real-time.

SwissCopter designs and produces complete solution packages for Homeland Security, Pipeline and Border patrol and commercial applications. The systems include a wide range of drones, autopilots, camera systems, ground stations and the individually designed software for all needs.

By winning the CTI research project (CTI - "The innovation promotion agency from the Swiss Government"), SwissCopter launched a very successful research & development unit under the lead of Mr. Prof. Stephan Nebiker of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. Based on the i3D-Technology from Innosuisse a real-time monitoring or Virtual Monitoring (ViMo) with drones is available. UAVision offers the widest range of possible applications to simplify the use of drones while new processors are being developed with the EPFL Lausanne.

Huge interest for the manned version of the Tip-Jet DragonFly from the United States and many countries around the globe as well as individuals and organizations for different search and rescue missions. Innosuisse and its industrial partners are finalizing the launch of production at the end of the first quarter of 2009. SwissCopter and Peters Engineering (Munich, Germany) are preparing the production launch of the Tip-Jet DragonFly. Peters Engineering is working for EADS (A321, A340, A380, etc.) and Eurocopter as well as other renowned companies from the airplane industry.

At the IDEX'09, the International Defence Exhibition and Conference, Innosuisse will launch its new product line the NT150. The NT150 is a fixed wing drone with a span of 14 feet and a range of 6 hours. All test flights were successfully completed and at the IDEX the serial number 0001 will be shown.
