Innova Holdings, Inc. and Prospective Technology Team to Expand Markets

FORT MYERS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 12, 2006 -- Innova Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: IVHG), a robotics and automation technology company providing software and hardware systems-based solutions to the service, personal, and industrial robotic markets, announced today that Prospective Technology, Inc. (PTI) has joined the Innova Robotics team. PTI provides leadership and guidance in private and military markets focusing on strategy, business development, and leading-edge technology development. PTI will be an independent provider to Innova Robotics.

Walt Weisel said of this alliance, "We have spent the last year establishing Innova as a viable provider to the military and creating awareness among key decision makers to the solutions that Innova's products can provide, including our software -- BattleScript. With PTI, we have the guidance and path forward to acquire military contracts where Innova can provide value propositions that the military is seeking in robotic applications. Raquel Steffes, who joins the Innova team as Director of Business Development, will represent PTI. She will champion the managerial responsibilities in the development of new business and revenue initiatives and report directly to Walt Weisel, Chairman and CEO.

Raquel will be responsible for developing short and long-term business strategies, marketing plans and PR activities. She will direct tradeshow participation and related marketing events. Raquel will also be responsible for development and strategic execution of additional markets including homeland security, eldercare, healthcare, and other markets where Innova's technology is applicable to product development.

Raquel has worked at PTI in military program management since 2004. Prior to that she worked in private industry for energy technology companies and related industries and spent 10+ years within the Ford Motor Company and Visteon organizations in Strategic Marketing, International and Domestic Sales, and other managerial positions. In her previous tenures, she developed a multi-million dollar business at a Ford subsidiary, negotiated sales and business transactions, managed the strategy and development of an emerging high-technology market for Visteon, and executed strategy and communication to government entities including the Departments of Energy and Defense.

Raquel is a graduate of St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana and earned her MBA degree at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan, in addition to numerous training programs at the Ford Motor Training Center and Duke University's, Fuqua School of Business.
