Innova Robotics & Automation to Showcase CoroBot and Robot Control Software Licensing Program at International Robots & Vision Show

CoroWare and Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT) Subsidiaries on Exhibit in Emerging Robotics Pavilion, Booth 2149

FORT MYERS, FL--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - Two of the Innova Robotics & Automation, Inc. (OTCBB: INRA) subsidiaries, CoroWare and Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT), are poised to take center stage in Chicago when the International Robots & Vision Show opens today. Located in Booth 2149 of the "Emerging Robotics Pavilion," CoroWare will be demonstrating its newly introduced CoroBot, an affordable mobile service robot designed for a broad range of applications, while RWT will be announcing its new robot control software licensing program.

The CoroBot was unveiled earlier this year at RoboBusiness 2007 where it was applauded for its price/performance breakthrough as a capable, expandable and affordable mobile service robot. The CoroBot is equipped with a PC-class CPU, on-board sensors, a color camera, an optional robotic arm capable of four axis of motion, and is compatible with Microsoft Robotics Studio® which is a Windows-based application development environment. The right-priced CoroBot mobile service robot is aimed at the academic, hobbyist, and commercial markets. As a result of CoroBot's debut at RoboBusiness, CoroWare received purchase orders for a number of units.

RWT will use this show as a venue in which to roll-out its technology licensing program to robot OEMs and other developers for its open architecture, PC robot and automation motion control software. This is the same software that has been proven on the Universal Robot Controller platform in production settings as well as extreme applications at NASA for mission development scenarios. Innova emerged as a leader in the field of open architecture PC control in the late 1990s and has since been awarded three Pioneer Patents: 6,442,451 issued in 2002; 6,675,070 issued in 2004; and 6,922,611 issued in 2005 for its control system. The licensing program is designed to facilitate technology transfer within the robotics, automation and other industries.

Chairman and CEO Walt Weisel stated that "I believe this technology licensing program represents an opportunity for the robotics and automation industries to make a quantum leap forward in motion control, operator interfaces, and communications among devices to the benefit of all users, whether they are in manufacturing, service robotics, research, or academia."
