The Celent 2012 Model Insurer report recognizes Courtesy Insurance Company for the company's claims analytics implementation using Innovation Group's Insurer Claims to transform their claims processes. Courtesy Insurance Company earned this important recognition by delivering on best practices in higher productivity / lower staff expenses, IT/business alignment, and effective integration of systems and processes.

Implementation of Insurer Claims and transformation of Courtesy's claims management operation is completely paperless. The implementation initially delivered productivity improvements of more than 40 percent and an additional 20 percent since implementation. Additionally, Courtesy decreased the number of individuals processing claims by 50 percent, cut claims turnaround time by six days, and provided 100 percent process consistency and close to 100 percent accuracy. These success metrics highlight the ongoing business value and focus on leveraging the streamlined processes within Insurer Claims and a commitment by Courtesy to proactively manage the claims process, track business value and leverage all aspects of the technology beyond initial implementation.
