Innovation Group Ranks High in Novarica ACE Rankings for Insurer Claims

Silver ACE Rankings are based on minimum of five client responses.

Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking Report™ gave Innovation Group's staff a score of 92 out of a possible 100, while overall customer satisfaction and organization rated a 90. Client survey responses highlighted knowledge of the industry, product and customer needs, as well as having the customer's business success and voice in the product development as priorities. Most impressively, Insurer Claims functionality received an overall rating of 89, representing the strongest rating as compared to peers in the Claims category.

The report highlights that Insurer Claims has a total of 24 production implementations using either current or earlier versions of Insurer Claims for both major personal and commercial lines. Three implementations are using the most current version, with one via a license/on-premise model and two with a SaaS/BPO delivery model supporting 104 insurers.
