Innovation Group's BPO Business Announces New Services for Insurers

Innovation Adverse Subrogation and Innovation Heavy and Specialty Equipment Provide P&C Insurers Specialty Services to Enhance the Customer Claims Experience

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL and SIMI VALLEY, CA--(Marketwire - March 3, 2011) - The Innovation Group plc ('Innovation' or 'the Group'), a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries, is pleased to announce two new BPO services, Innovation Adverse Subrogation and Innovation Heavy and Specialty Equipment, for property and casualty (P&C) insurers in the U.S. market. 

Based on customer input regarding industry needs, Innovation Group leveraged internal claims adjusting and appraisal expertise and process to create these highly-specialized services. Both services have been piloted with Innovation Group customers with very positive results, and are now being made available to the industry.

For Innovation Adverse Subrogation, Innovation Group's current desk review service has been modified to specifically focus on adverse subrogation by combining highly-trained and experienced claim professionals with expertise in both claim mitigation and appraisal/repair practices. By combining the talents of these unique claim professionals with state-of-the-art historical parts locator technology, Innovation Group improves the overall accuracy of the adverse subrogation claims made against insurance companies, increases speed of settlement, and improves arbitration outcomes when necessary. 

Innovation Group's new Heavy and Specialty Equipment service will also provide access to highly-trained, specialty claim professionals, but who also have expertise in the appraisal and repair process for personal and commercial heavy and specialty equipment. In addition, by using Innovation Group experts to desk review and manage the handling of these claims, these same resources can be used to manage and audit the use of any independent appraisers contracted by an insurance carrier for heavy and specialty equipment claims.
