Innovative Food Holdings Announces Reduction of Debt and Conversion of Note

NAPLES, FL--(Marketwire - November 30, 2007) - Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IVFH) announced today that a director at the company has converted a $160,000 note into 32,000,000 shares of the company.

The conversion price is $0.005 which Mr. Michael Ferrone has indicated that he has no current plans to dispose of shares issued under the conversion request.

Mr. Sam Klepfish, CEO of IVFH, noted, "We obviously are excited by the fact that the company is able to decrease its debt load and we view this as a positive step as we move towards improving our capital structure and executing our strategic plan."
