A new process for managing projects was today released at

LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - March 30, 2009) - The new process allows a Project Manager to follow a step-by-step method for delivering projects. Every step is defined in depth, and comes with practical Project Management Templates and examples to help a Project Manager save time and hassle.

Method123 Ltd, the creators of, has released 9 new processes for managing projects. They include a Time, Cost and Quality Process, and a Change, Risk and Issue process, as well as processes for managing suppliers, procurement and customers.

Each new process defines the steps a Project Manager takes to complete that part of the project. The steps are written in simple, practical terms and allow a Project Manager to quickly come up to speed with what needs to be done to manage that project element.

"By using, a Project Manager can use the same Project Management Process for delivering all of their projects, so they never have to start from scratch. Using this process, they can focus on the amount of time spent by staff completing tasks, as opposed to worrying about how time is actually recorded. It saves the Project Manager a lot of overhead, using these smart Project Management Process tools."

Each project management process included within MPMM has been written by industry experts in project management. The processes are explained in depth and come with diagrams and tables explaining how to complete them from start to finish. When writing each process, Method123 took the time to align them with the two Worldwide standards for Project Management: PMBOK(R) and Prince2(R). This gives Project Managers a high degree of confidence that by using the processes included in MPMM, they are in fact implementing best practices within their organization.

In addition to including the complete suite of processes needed to manage projects, MPMM also comes with Project Management Software that helps project teams to customize each process to an organization's specific requirements. In this way, customers can ensure that the processes have the same terminology that existing project teams use, making it easier for teams to adopt them quickly.

While MPMM already includes all of the core processes a Project Manager needs, Method123 Ltd plans to release further processes over the coming months to support specialized fields.
