Innovotech Files With the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Novel Seed Treatment Product

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2007) - Innovotech (TSX VENTURE:IOT) has filed for regulatory approval with the US Environmental Protection Agency for Agress™, its novel seed treatment for diseases of soy and bean crops. "Agress™ is a breakthrough seed treatment as it is the only product effective against both fungal and bacterial crop diseases. In addition, it has an outstanding environmental safety profile and is cost-competitive with current products" says Wolfgang Muhs, CEO of Innovotech.

Soy and bean crops alone represent greater than $500 million in sales potential annually for Agress™ in North and South America. The company has initial research results indicating the efficacy of Agress™ in treating other high value agricultural crops and is currently pursuing these opportunities in parallel with this regulatory filing.
