Inphi Names Leon Bezdikian as Vice President of Human Resources


SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 11, 2011) - Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI), a leading provider of high-speed analog semiconductor solutions for the communications and computing markets, today announced the appointment of Leon Bezdikian to the position of Vice President of Human Resources (HR).

Mr. Bezdikian has over 25 years of domestic and international Human Resources experience with high-tech companies. He specializes in executive coaching, management training, organizational development, talent acquisition and team building. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at SiBEAM, where he was responsible for leading and driving the company's Human Resources organization. Prior to SiBEAM, he was the Director of Human Resources at T-RAM, and held similar roles at Virage Logic, SanDisk, and Storage Dimensions, as well as a five year management consulting practice.

Mr. Bezdikian teaches Human Resources at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Extension Program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and has completed the coursework for a Master of Arts in Theology from Santa Clara University.
