Inphi to Showcase iMB(TM)-Enabled LRDIMM Technology at SC11 Conference

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 8, 2011) - Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI), a leading provider of high-speed analog semiconductor solutions for the communications and computing markets, today announced its participation at SC11, the premier international conference on high-performance computing, networking, storage and analysis.

When:
The SC11 Conference will be held November 12-18, 2011.

Where:
Inphi will be in Booth # 5300 at SC11, which is held at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington.

Demonstration:
Inphi will hold a live LRDIMM technology demonstration in Samsung's booth #134. The demo will highlight the capacity vs. speed benefits of iMB-enabled LRDIMMs to memory intensive applications for data centers, cloud computing and high-performance computing.

Inphi's latest iMB is compatible with the current generation of DDR3-based server systems and helps to facilitate a transition to LRDIMMs. Unlike traditional registered DIMMs that limit the amount of server memory that can be installed due to their loading profile, LRDIMMs utilize a memory buffer to reduce the load. The new architecture enables more ranks of DRAM to be populated on the memory module and more modules to be used in a system for higher capacity and performance scaling.
