Input From Haul-All Equipment's Employees Helps Shape the Manufacture of Its Waste Management and Recycling Systems all in Manufacturing Digital

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - November 11, 2010) - In an interview with Manufacturing Digital, Kevin Neufeldt, partner of Haul-All Equipment, discusses how his company has succeeded since 1931 because of a strong focus on employee satisfaction.

Many of the manufacturer's waste management and recycling systems have been developed by input from the workers on the shop floor. "We also have a great crew working here. Management provides them with an atmosphere where they feel comfortable to make suggestions that will improve products and processes," explains Neufeldt.

One of the methods Haul-All uses to retain its employees is a financial recognition program based on points. Products are assigned different numbers of points, and if the company sells a certain number of points, employees can earn an additional 10 percent to their paycheck. "It's a way for us to work together with our employees to satisfy the needs of the customers," Neufeldt says.
