InQuira Shows Exceptional 2010 Growth, Shatters All Prior Sales Records

Fueled by Demand to Improve Customer Support Experiences, Company Grows Sales by 33 Percent, Adds 21 New Marquee Customers, and Strengthens Key Partnerships

SAN BRUNO, CA--(Marketwire - February 24, 2011) - InQuira, the leading provider of enterprise knowledge applications for multi-channel customer support, social CRM and sales enablement, today announced it achieved record-breaking growth in customers and revenue in 2010, marking the company's seventh consecutive year of record growth. Highlighted by a 33 percent increase in sales, InQuira increased its average deal size by 50 percent and added major customers in the communications, insurance, retail and pharmaceutical industries, including six Fortune 100 companies. Additionally, some of the world's largest enterprise software companies and leaders in CRM, including SAP and Oracle, recognized InQuira at the highest levels of partnership.

"Knowledge-driven enterprise service, support and sales processes have become a 'must' in today's world of information overload and business complexity," said Mike Murphy, CEO of InQuira. "Investments in established technologies like CRM and new social channels add transactional capabilities, but create new challenges for organizations to drive a consistent knowledge experience across multiple customer touch points. Our growth is being fueled by leading brands that realize the critical need to consistently knowledge-enable their service and sales processes to deliver a world-class customer experience. Only InQuira uniquely ensures that these technologies result in worthwhile investments and deliver the business value intended."
