InsideSales.com Announces Europe's 1st Annual Salesforce ResponseAwards

InsideSales.com will present its coveted ResponseAwards to the Top 3 companies at the Salesforce World Tour in London on May 21, 2015, based on its assessment of the 3,000 companies attending the event.

For the first time, European companies will be able to see how they stack up against previous ResponseAward recipients in North America, such as Symantec, which took first place in the Dreamforce ResponseAwards in 2011 by responding to leads in 51 seconds. In 2009, Hilton Grand Vacations won the ResponseAwards by responding in 37 seconds.

Ideally, sales reps should be making six calls on each lead, Dr. Oldroyd's research showed. With six calls, a sales team extracts 90 percent of the value from its leads.
