InsideView Appoints Sylvia Kainz as Vice President of Business Operations

Experienced Business Strategist to Drive Profitability and Scale to Support Customer Demand for Customer Intelligence

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2013) - InsideView, the CRM Intelligence™ leader, today announced the appointment of Sylvia Kainz as Vice President of Business Operations. Ms. Kainz will scale operations to support growing demand for InsideView solutions, and will help shape corporate strategy to maximize go-to-market effectiveness. As part of her role, Kainz will manage the company's business processes to grow revenue and profitability, with a heavy focus on technologies and processes that help InsideView deliver continued high levels of customer service and scale to support its rapidly growing global customer base.

Kainz brings more than 20 years of experience, having worked in a diverse range of industries across high-tech, manufacturing, retail and consulting. Earlier in her career she advised clients on go-to-market strategies at the Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, and Bally. In 2005, she leapt into technology, where she led operations and branding strategies for companies including United Technologies, Grid Dynamics, and Bradford Technologies. During her tenure at these organizations, Kainz generated millions in revenues within short time spans, launched multiple products, secured significant funding and led a range of marketing, operations, finance and legal activities.

Kainz holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard, and a Masters of Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University.
