TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 6, 2007) - Inspiration Mining Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX:ISM)(FRANKFURT:0I8) is pleased to announce the results of the continuation of their diamond drilling program on its Langmuir Project, located in Langmuir Township south of Timmins, Ontario. The Langmuir Property consists of 69 unpatented contiguous mining claim units covering approximately 1090 hectares in the north-central portion of Langmuir Township, Porcupine Mining Division, and District of Cochrane, Ontario. The property is approximately 25 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario, and hosts the past producing Langmuir No.1 Mine, and majority of the past producing Langmuir No. 2 Mine.

Inspiration is continuing the drilling at the Langmuir Project - Langmuir No.1 Mine. The detail fill-in drill program is designed to complete the definition of the nickel bearing mineralization below the 300-foot mine level to a vertical depth of approximately 900 feet below surface.

Drill holes L107-79 and L107-80, which were drilled from the same set-up, are located approximately 250 feet east and below previously released drill holes L107-77 and L107-78.

The narrow high grade intersection in L107-79 from 194.63m to 195.64m appear to be down dip from similar intersection reported in previously released drill holes, L106-16 located approximately 115 feet up dip, L107-78 located approximately 88 feet up dip and L107-24 located approximately 32 feet up dip. The high grade nickel mineralization from 210.20m to 212.20m is located at the contact between the mafic to felsic calc alkali metavolcanics and komatiitic ultramafic metavolcanics.

Drill hole L107-80 higher-grade nickel intersection from 201.60m to 204.00m is located approximately 150 feet down dip from L107-79 and approximately 468 feet vertically above the intersection previously report in drill hole L107-65.

Drill holes L107-81 and L107-82 are located at the same setup and approximately 80 feet west of previously released drill holes L106-13 and L106-14. Drill hole L107-81 crossed Section 3250 North and 3200 North. The high grade nickel intersection from 122.70m to 137.50m is located approximately 48 feet down dip from the nickel mineralization on the 315 foot mine level. This high grade nickel mineralization was not intersected in previous released drill hole L107-29.

Drill hole L107-82 confirmed the presence of lower grade nickel mineralization further east of the historical East Zone. The East Zone mineralization was not intersected due to the presence of a felsic intrusive dyke.

The nickel bearing sulphide mineralization, with estimations ranging from 1% to 20% fine-grained disseminatations up to massive 100% sulphides, is contained within serpentenized komatiitic ultramaftic extrusive flows with occasional spinifex texture.

The assaying technique used is the industry standard for base metal assaying, which uses nitric and hydrochloric acids that extracts nickel only from sulphide mineralization and not from nickel silicate minerals.

The assaying of split core samples was conducted by Swastika Laboratories, and included the insertion of blanks and standards. The Qualified Person in charge of the Langmuir Project and the person who prepared the technical data in this release is Kian Jensen, B.Sc., P.Geo. (Ont).
