INSPIRE North is once again pleased to co-host with the University of Toronto, St. Michael's College leadership conference that brings together, engages and connects students to inspirational Canadian leaders. Themed INSPIRE St. Michael's College (#InspireSMC), the event will take place Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at the Charbonnel Lounge (Elmsely Hall, 81 St. Mary Street). Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the event officially starting at 6:00 pm and ending at 7:30 p.m. Dinner and refreshments will be provided to all attendees. This exciting conference features high-profile speakers including Brice Sheschuk, former Chief Financial Officer for WIND Mobile and Chief Executive Officer of Globalive Capital; Heather Hiscox, Host of CBC News; Robb Zepp, Manager of Special Projects at National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA); and special guest interviewer Frankie Flowers "Canada's most popular gardener" on Citytv.

Sheschuk has over 20 years of experience in managing capital and due diligence for large enterprises such as WIND Mobile and Globalive Communications. Hiscox, with many years of experience in Canada's broadcasting and journalism industry, has been part of the CBC for 11 seasons. A retired professional hockey player, Rob Zepp began his career in the OHL with Plymouth Whalers and later became the goaltender for the Philadelphia Flyers. INSPIRE North Board Member Frankie Flowers is a best-selling author, broadcaster and gardening expert for Breakfast Television and Cityline.

This leadership conference provides students with access and opportunity to be encouraged, informed and inspired by unique stories that have defined who these leaders are today.
