Instacart Adds Delivery From Sigona's Farmers Markets on the Peninsula

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - October 13, 2015) - Instacart (, the fast-growing grocery delivery service whose personal shoppers hand pick and deliver items from trusted local stores, announced today that it is now delivering from local favorite Sigona's Farmers Markets ( on the Peninsula.

Sigona's, a family-owned, open-air market is a must-shop for chefs and home cooks alike. It's well-known for sourcing best-of-the-season produce, including heirlooms and other varieties that are hard to find elsewhere. Sigona's takes pride in its other offerings as well: a wide assortment of fancy-grade dried fruit and nuts, an outstanding collection of artisanal cheeses, as well as its own signature-brand fresh-press olive oil and specialty grocery items.
