Instant Media Appoints Bryan Glickman as SVP of Content

Former and CNET Executive Brings 10 Years of Broadcast and Online Media Production Experience to Internet HD TV Company

PALO ALTO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2006 -- Instant Media (I'M), a privately-held technology company pioneering Internet TV, today announced the appointment of Bryan Glickman as Senior Vice President of Content. Glickman's responsibility at I'M is to develop partnerships with key content providers for distribution on I'M's high-definition video platform.

A 10-year Internet industry veteran, Glickman comes to I'M from, where he led the site's video and interactive programs. Prior to Edmunds, Glickman was Vice President of Broadcast and Broadband at CNET Networks where he was responsible for launching the CNET broadband and webcasting initiatives.
