Insync Acquires First Byte Corporation, a Leading New Jersey Municipal Software Solutions Provider

FAIRVIEW, NJ--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2015) - Insync Municipal Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insync Innovations, Inc. announced the acquisition of First Byte Corporation's business and its related proprietary software and operations. 

Incorporated in 1982, First Byte Corporation (FBC) has been a well-established provider of information technology systems and services that are specifically designed for use by scores of municipalities throughout New Jersey, including authorities, commissions, and school districts. The Company develops and adapts its software for municipal tax, finance, water and other utility applications. FBC also provides facilities management services to a number of its clients. The Company supports its products with hands-on, 24/7 service.

BFM Budget Assistant: Spreadsheet-style interface to assist in the preparation of municipal budgets.
