Intacct Shifts Corporate Headquarters to Downtown San Jose to Accommodate Rapid Growth

Year-to-Year Recurring Revenue Grows Significantly

Company Plans to Double Workforce

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 20, 2005 -- Intacct Corporation, the leading provider of on-demand ERP, today announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters from Los Gatos, California, to new offices in downtown San Jose, the heart of Silicon Valley, to accommodate continuous rapid growth.

The move reflects strong financial results for the year ending June 30, where recurring annual revenue increased significantly from the same period a year ago.

Intacct is capitalizing on its momentum by doubling the workforce -- greatly increasing the number of employees at its San Jose facility, which houses engineering, sales, marketing, professional services and executive management. Intacct is also expanding its operations at Intacct Software Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, India.

"We are delighted to welcome Intacct to downtown San Jose," said San Jose Mayor Ron Gonzales. "With our vibrant business community and strong commitment to technology, San Jose offers excellent economic advantages that will help Intacct achieve success and growth in the Capital of Silicon Valley."

"Growth in intellectual capital and market share will continue to be a top priority," said Intacct CEO and President Robert J. Jurkowski. "Our competitive advantage lies in innovation, such as our patent-pending multi-entity management applications and on-demand platform services. We forecast rapid growth fueled by our recent success and will continue to expand our workforce by attracting and retaining top talent."

Intacct delivers financial, supply chain, professional services automation and business analytics software as a service to midsize and large corporations for a monthly subscription fee. Customers require no hardware, software or IT consultants to implement, integrate and customize Intacct's ERP On Demand suite to meet their industry and business needs. Lower total cost of ownership, higher return on IT investments and dramatically faster deployment processes are some of the reasons industry research firm IDC expects worldwide sales of software as a service to grow 21 percent a year, reaching $10.7 billion in 2009.

Intacct recently launched revolutionary customization, integration and management services to elevate its ERP suite to a strategic platform for customers to build end-to-end business applications. With CustomERP, ConnectERP and ManageERP customers no longer require programming resources to streamline processes across their ERP system and external legacy and Web-based applications.
