BOISE, ID--(Marketwire - June 25, 2008) - Integra has signed a reseller agreement with Cabinet NG of Alabama to provide a low cost document management/scanning solution to small businesses. Through the agreement, Integra, a provider of document management, scanning and microfilming services, will provide Cabinet NG's Document Management Software throughout the Northwest.

This low cost imaging system will allow small businesses to have a records retention program that will keep them in compliance with SEC Regulations that pertain to corporate, accounting and human resource records. It makes it very easy to scan and electronically file all of the company's records on their own server or on a hosted web site. This gives selected employees instant access to an electronic file cabinet saving large amounts of time and labor searching through paper.

The product also makes lawyers happy. "We were in a recent employee lawsuit where we had to produce all of the company records pertaining to that employee within the 28 day discovery period. We were able to produce those records electronically to both attorneys within hours," said Maxwell. "We are just as excited to use it as we are to sell it!"
